Kamila started her journey with Yoga in 2010 with an initial coaching session with a friend who had recently become a yoga teacher. Following this she practiced with different teachers, visiting India in 2016 for 2 weeks where continued exposure brought about a feeling of peace and calmness which she had never experienced before. This spiritual awakening endured… In this way Yoga has helped her to adapt during emotionally difficult periods and continued practice has further accentuated the benefits.
At the beginning of 2018 she discovered the Sunshine Yoga studio as she was looking for classes to get assistance during a very difficult period of grief, following the death of a parent. She greatly appreciated how much it helped her deal with many difficult emotions and from that point began to consider formal training as a teacher to help people with stress, sadness and emotional pain.
During the warm summer days she attended Bikram yoga classes regularly in addition to her practice of Hatha yoga during an introductory Tantra course. Both of these experiences allowed her to follow a new path of yoga, increasing her confidence and ultimately attendance at 200 Chandra Yoga Teacher training.
